Kim Fowlkes has lived in the Chatham, Danville area for 35 years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Averett University in Danville, Virginia with a B.A. in Business Administration. She was selected for membership in Sigma Beta Delta, the International Honor Society in Business, Management and Administration, in recognition of her high scholastic achievement in the Business field.
Prior to obtaining her Realtor license, Mrs. Fowlkes spent several years in the sales field as well as business and education management. She was the Registrar at Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, Virginia for 11 years and also served as her church Treasurer. Kim currently lives in Danville with her husband Shane (a former Marine ~ although once a Marine, always a Marine!) and daughter Katelyn who is a Sophomore at James Madison University. Her son Bradley was recently drafted in his Senior year at Gardner Webb University by the Chicago White Sox.
